I am Rachel Konte, a Danish-born designer with 18+ years of international experience in apparel, product, and brand design. Leading creative direction across fashion and lifestyle sectors. I build brands that merge cultural authenticity, sustainability, and strong visual identity.
With my many years in the apparel industry, I have a lot under my belt. Directing cross-disciplinary teams, developing products from concept to production-ready. Crafting design systems that drive both aesthetic and commercial impact. I am Chief of Brand for Red Bay Coffee, driving visual identity and storytelling for one of the most respected Black-owned coffee companies in the nation.

I am extremely passionate about design and my own creative expression as founder and designer of OwlNWood. My online retail shop and design studio are rooted in culture, simple basics, vintage finds, and comfortable fashion.
